Services and Fees

Therapy

Therapy provides a safe space to talk through any problem or situation. A place to learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. It can be short-term (focusing on immediate issues) or long-term (allowing us to delve into more complex problems). At thrive therapy az will work with our clients to help them explore their feelings, work through life challenges, identify aspects of themselves and their lives that they wish to change, and set goals to help them work towards these changes.

  • Successful therapy begins with an intake appointment, which is scheduled for 90 minutes. The primary focus of the intake is gathering information, we will discuss presenting problem, immediate needs, support systems, strengths, and treatment goals. We will discuss confidentiality, fees, what to expect in treatment, and session length.  This will be a time for you to decide if my style is a good fit for your needs, therapy works best when your therapist makes you feel comfortable.

  • Subsequent sessions will be scheduled with you at a frequency that is best for you. Sessions are 55/60 minutes long. Therapy sessions offer clients support through exploration and processing of emotional situations. Clients will begin to understand the impacts of behaviors, improve awareness and increase self-acceptance. Sessions are focused on strategies to achieve goals created together. Sessions utilize specific interventions that best fit the client’s needs.
